                            Ioannis (John) Em. Condellis is born on the island of Lesvos.
                            1907
                            He emigrates to the United States.
                            1909
                            He starts his career at the Ford Motor Company on the assembly line for the Model T in Detroit.
                            1919
                            He returns to Lesbos, his hometown, where he becomes a Ford dealer.
                            1921
                            He relocates his dealership to Piraeus.
                            1931
                            He takes over the Ford dealership for the entire country, with headquarters in Athens.
                            1940
                            John Condellis passes away before Greece's involvement into World War II, and the company is handed over to his widow, Athanasia Condellis. The entire fleet of vehicles belonging to the company is offered to the Greek Army.
                            1944
                            Spyros D. Panteleimonitis (1909-1997) (married to Aikaterini I. Condelli) takes over the management and leads the reconstruction of the company after the war.
                            1950
                            Emmanuel I. Condellis (1927-2018) returns from his studies at Wayne State University in Detroit and participates in the management of the company.
                            1952
                            Paul J. Condellis (1931-2016) returns from Ford’s School of Business Administration in the UK to participate in the management of the company.
                            1958
                            Paul J. Condellis SA is established, expanding its activities to the importing agricultural and construction machinery.
                            1983
                            EMIKO SA is founded. It initially operates as an importer of Alfa Romeo cars in Athens and Thessaloniki.
                            1991
                            Ioannis Condellis (Emmanuel's son) returns from his studies at Imperial College and Cass Business School to participate in the management of the company.
                            1995
                            Acquisition of the Alfa Romeo dealership Syrigos SA.
                            1998
                            Dromeas Development SA begins its activity in professional/commercial real estate with the construction of a building at 580, Vouliagmenis Street.
                            2000
                            Acquisition of N. Linardos SA, which is renamed Multipart SA, a company engaged in the automobile spare parts industry.
                            2001
                            Acquisition of the NZ Papaioannou SA Fiat dealership, which is renamed CONDELLIS Commercial SA.
                            2003
                            Launch of the Lancia dealership in Athens.
                            2004
                            Launch of Volvo dealerships in Athens and Patras.
                            2007
                            Sale of all Automotive retail businesses (Ford, Volvo, Fiat, Alfa, Lancia) to "SFAKIANAKIS S.A."

                            Multipart SA moves to the recently-acquired warehouse belonging to the former TOYOTA Hellas in Elefsina.
                            2019
                            Celebration of 100 years in the Greek market.

                            John and Alexandra Condellis (children of Emmanuel) take over the management of the Group.
